A black dress is a must have in every woman’s closet. The sins these little dresses allow you to get away with are encouragement enough. From creating a slimmer silhouette of you to hiding spillage stains, the black dress is worth of gracing your wardrobe.
As much as we must own one, that doesn’t make it okay having a boring dress. A cut here and a ruffle there is enough to turn the simple dress from dull to dazzling.
I have read many posts that list a black number as an essential. I didn’t want to be left behind the bandwagon and so I joined the party with this beautiful dress sprinkled with shiny studs at the top. The peeping liner added a layer to the dress to make it a bit long but still under the short category.
Since my theme was black, I paired the dress with black heels and a black shoulder bag that doubles as a handbag.
I think I’m being sucked into the black pairings camp and with just the right amount of fashion persuasion, I believe I will succumb.
